Rubber sealing strips are widely used in fireproof doors and windows, automobiles, subway shield doors, construction and other industries. Its advantages of sealing, shock absorption, dust prevention, insect prevention and sound insulation make it used in many industries. Classification of vulcanization methods of rubber sealing strip standards; vulcanization methods can be divided into two categories: discontinuous vulcanization and continuous vulcanization. Discontinuous vulcanization: Cut the produced rubber strips into certain lengths, put one cut into a vulcanizing tank for vulcanization, and then put the formed rubber strips into the corresponding mold for vulcanization to produce the finished product. In discontinuous vulcanization, the standard for rubber sealing strips is that the finished product must be soft, not too stiff, and the surface must be smooth and round, without any creaking or squeaking areas. Continuous vulcanization: The basic requirements for continuous vulcanization and discontinuous vulcanization are similar. The difference is that the production process is not cut into sections, but continuous, and the production is fixed. The number of meters is generally over 100 meters; in continuous vulcanization, the rubber sealing strip standard must be soft, not too rigid, smooth and round on the surface, and no creaking, and must not have any signs of breakage.
The basic materials of rubber sealing strips are divided into three types: dense rubber strips, sponge rubber strips and hard rubber strips. These three types are divided into good and bad, and they will also cause material loss during the production process. Even good dense rubber strips, foam rubber strips and hard rubber strips will have poor quality rubber sealing strips during the production process. Therefore, in the material classification, not only the quality of the material should be used as the standard for rubber sealing strips, but also the rubber product should be reviewed. The review standard is: softness should be available, not too rigid, the surface should be smooth and round, and there should be no creaking.
